Studies On Fiscal Source Construction Of Hebi City

Fiscal source is the major source of the national fiscal revenue,the foundation of financial and economic work,and the key link of economic development.Local fiscal revenue is one of the important indicators to measure the comprehensive strength of the regional economy,which largely determines the capability of providing public goods and social services for the public by the local government.As the foundation work and prerequisite for enhancing local fiscal revenue,the fiscal source construction work has always been at the top priority of further reform and economic development.In recent years,the financial work of Hebi City has always insisted on strengthening the construction of financial resources as an important task of economic and financial work.The construction of financial resources has achieved remarkable results,which has effectively promoted rapid economic development,overall social progress and continuous improvement of people's livelihood.However,under the triple pressure of resource-based city transformation,air pollution control of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transmission channel,and supply-side structural reform,Hebi City Finance also faces some acute contradictions and noticeable problems,which have to be settled urgently.At the same time,there is still a certain gap between Hebi City and developed cities inside and outside the province.How to strengthen the construction of financial resources and help with the local economic development has become an important issue faced by the local governments at all levels.This article is based on a large amount of literature and statistical datas,not only emphasizing theoretical and empirical study,but with a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method,the current situation and existing problems of the financial construction in Hebi City are analyzed and researched by means of literature research,social investigation and comparative analysis.Then extends to the current necessity and urgency of the fiscal source construction work in Hebi City.Last but not least,financial policy recommendations will be proposed based on the city case and the overall framework of the development of local the financial construction in the next three years,as a reference for the sustainable growth of Hebi City's fiscal source construction.
