The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the main contradictions in our society have been translated into the contradiction between the people’s increasing needs for a better life and the imbalanced and inadequate development.In the field of food development,the people’s increasing nutrition and health needs are not in line with agricultural supply.Adaptation,many studies have shown that food nutrition education can be used as a powerful measure to gradually resolve this contradiction.Among the types of food in China,the contradiction in the development of dairy products is more prominent.There is a contradiction between the increase in imported milk demand and the decline in the trust of domestic milk.There is also a contradiction that the consumption level of dairy products grows slower than the growth of residents’ income levels.Enterprises,associations,and scientific research institutions have carried out many dairy nutrition education practices with different characteristics.Studying the nutrition education practices of these dairy products will help to explore the impact of judging the nutrition education of dairy products on increasing consumers’ knowledge and willingness to consume dairy products;at the same time,exploring the standardization of food education with Chinese characteristics in the context of implementing a healthy China construction strategy,The path of institutional development,and then provide ideas for building a Chinese food education system.In this study,the production of two dairy products companies established in the National Food Nutrition Education Demonstration Base-Beijing Sanyuan Food Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Sanyuan")and Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Yili")production The base and the food education base carry out investigations and record the dairy nutrition education process during the field visit;on-site surveys are conducted on the trainees by means of questionnaires and random interviews.Use the literature analysis method to sort out the progress of food education at home and abroad;use the inductive method to summarize the 4 dairy nutrition education models;use the descriptive analysis method to display the knowledge and attitude of dairy nutrition education to the audience for all dairy product knowledge data of Sanyuan and Yili Impact;establish a model of influencing factors of dairy consumers’ willingness to consume in food education by quantitative analysis,and empirically analyze the positive relationship between dairy nutrition education and consumers’ willingness to increase consumption of dairy products.There are key elements that have a significant impact.The main findings are as follows:(1)At present,four models of nutrition education and consumption guidance of dairy products in China are initially condensed: industrial tourism model,interactive experience model,online science popularization model,and industry-university-research integration model.(2)Among all the preference channels for obtaining dairy nutrition knowledge,visiting the factory for dairy nutrition education ranked second.(3)After the dairy nutrition education,the accuracy rate and attitude value of the dairy product nutrition knowledge of the audience are significantly improved.The food education of the dairy product company can significantly improve the audience’s dairy product nutrition knowledge and attitude.(4)Using Stata15 statistical software to analyze the dairy product consumption willingness model,it is concluded that dairy product nutrition education can significantly increase the audience’s dairy product consumption willingness;during the dairy product nutrition education process,advanced technology,recognized quality,and no dairy safety will occur The three major factors of event recognition have a significant impact on increasing the audience’s willingness to consume dairy products.Based on the above research results,the following suggestions are proposed: one is to improve the nutrition education of dairy products enterprises and enrich the education forms,such as adding on-site tasting and experience;second,to promote the dairy nutrition education model and encourage more food production and processing enterprises,Agricultural production cooperatives or farms develop food education sector as the public welfare content and brand building content of the enterprise;the third is to carry out nutrition education based on the production side to promote innovation and integration of nutrition education.For example,the improved nutrition education can be incorporated into the life education module of labor education in the school "five educations at the same time",enriching the content of labor education,and also helping students to improve nutritional quality and health level in labor;Fourth,strengthen nutrition education and food The research of the education system,based on the principle of agriculture and people-oriented,builds China’s food education system,and continuously extends the connotation and extension of food education;in turn,only with the scientific food education system as a guide,can all units be guided to better develop Nutrition education,let food nutrition education play the role of solving the contradiction of food structure and promoting the reform of food co-supply side. |
