Nowadays,the development of enterprises is more and more inseparable from the development of talents.Labor capital will gradually replace capital as a new growth point.Talent has become the core factor of competitive advantage and the fundamental driving force of enterprise development.How to effectively motivate and retain talents has become an important issue in the study of enterprise competition.At that time,human resource management will play a crucial role in organizational development and overall efficiency.Modern enterprises promote human capital management to the strategic position of promoting the sustainable development of enterprises,and comprehensively improve the level of human resource management.In line with the idea of "based on the long-term,strengthen management,do better,do better,do stronger".GN company has established the development goal of serving the main business,highlighted the core business of design,construction,manufacturing,etc.,and expanded the diversified business model.At the same time,the company strives to improve product quality and service level,and gradually improve the market share and core competitiveness of the enterprise.With the deepening of the national power system reform,GN company must improve the existing incentive management to adapt to the great changes in the internal and external market environment in order to develop and grow in the fierce competition.This paper uses the method of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,combined with the current situation of the companys management to study and improve GN company.First of all,based on the full collection of information,investigation and research,combined with the current situation of GN company's incentive management,this paper finds that the existing incentive management of GN company is conservative,unable to effectively motivate employees,and even restricts and hinders the development of employees in some aspects;then,it expounds the existing problems of the current incentive management from the aspects of human resources compensation,welfare,training,etc.,through compensation Reform,set up the plan of post salary point,explore and strengthen the ideas and payment of employee incentive management,and further improve the incentive management level of GN company.
