| Rural credit cooperatives are the local financial institutions with the most widely distributed branches,the largest asset scale,and the largest number of employees in my country’s banking industry.They are also the most important financial capital allocation management institutions in the development of rural economy in my country.Rural commercial banks are local financial institutions re-established by rural credit cooperatives through shareholding reforms.When rural credit cooperatives are transformed into Rural Commercial Banks,it not only means to promote their business innovation,but also can effectively reduce their large gaps in governance structure and development model with other commercial banks.In recent years,with the advancement of national policies and the rapid development of rural financial levels,more and more rural credit cooperatives have established rural commercial banks through shareholding reforms,but most rural commercial banks have not been reformed thoroughly,the form has changed,but the substantial improvement is not obvious.Therefore,in the increasingly fierce market competition,these newly established rural commercial banks urgently need to formulate development strategies that meet their own conditions.Based on the above background,this paper selects B Rural Commercial Bank as a research case,sorts out the restructuring process of B Rural Commercial Bank,and analyzes some problems after the transformation of the rural commercial bank.This article uses the relevant research theory of strategic management to explore the future development strategy of the rural commercial bank.First of all,this paper sorts out the restructuring process and basic situation of B Rural Commercial Bank in detail.By comparing the corporate governance and operating indicators of B Rural Commercial Bank before and after the restructuring,it points out that the main problems in its current development are the proportion of non-performing loans is too high,the corporate governance is imperfect,the profitability is weak,and the brain drain is serious,and the reasons for these problems are analyzed.Secondly,this article uses the PEST analysis method to analyze the external macro environment ofB Rural Commercial Bank,and borrows the Porter Five Forces Model to analyze the industrial environment of B Rural Commercial Bank.Then,using SWOT analysis to select a strategy suitable for the development of B Rural Commercial Bank,and put forward the development vision and mission of B Rural Commercial Bank.Based on the adherence to the basic principles and positioning,the strategic goals and priorities were determined according to the vision and mission.Finally,this article elaborates that the development strategy of B Rural Commercial Bank should be implemented from four aspects of asset quality management,risk control system improvement,core business construction and human resource optimization,and corresponding security measures are proposed.In this paper,through the analysis of the problems and overall environment of B Rural Commercial Bank,it will improve the quality of assets,serve rural revitalization,expand intermediate business,and strengthen talent development as the focus of its strategic implementation,and formulated the implementation plan and safeguard measures for the key points.It is hoped that it can provide a useful reference for B Rural Commercial Bank to overcome the problems in transformation and management development,can help B Rural Commercial Bank to establish a scientific and reasonable management and management mechanism,and determine the development strategy that meets the operational status and development needs of B Rural Commercial Bank.Provide reference and reference for the development and operation of other rural commercial banks. |
