Research On The Profitability Of Ali Health And Its Improvement Measures

Nowadays,with the rapid development of the economy and the Internet technology,many "Internet+" industries emerge,including the "Internet+medical"industry.The "Internet+medical" industry refers to the traditional medical industry relying on the Internet and developing the medical business based on the Internet,so that patients can see a doctor,diagnose and buy medicines on the Internet.Although many "Internet+medical" enterprises have been established and want to gain a foothold in this industry,the profitability of China's "Internet+medical" industry is going badly.The "Internet+medical" industry is facing a serious test while we find that Ali Health in 2018 has made a profit of eight million yuan through the annual report of Ali Health Information Technology Co.,Ltd.in 2018.Therefore,the paper will research on Ali Health Information Technology Co.,Ltd.to explore the problems of profitability of Ali Health and put forward the suggestions.that can contribute to its profitability.Firstly,the paper introduces the "Internet+medical" industry and Ali Health and make readers know about the industry and the enterprise.Secondly,from the view of shareholders the paper analyses the profitability using the ROE and its changes of Ali Health Information Technology Co.,Ltd from 2015 to 2018.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of Ali Healthy profitability based on the Du Pont.It is found that the operating,assets management and financial leverage will affecting the profitability of Ali Healthy.Finally,the paper finds the problems of profitability of Ali Health and according to the analysis' results,the paper comes up with suggestions.
