Study On Hengfeng Furniture Working Capital Management From The Perspective Of Channel Theory

Capital is the foundation of enterprise operation and development,and working capital management is also an important part of enterprise financial management.However,the current enterprise working capital management has not been the attention of most enterprise financial managers,most of the company's working capital management is still in a separate capital project,not with the enterprise's production process,pure use of quantitative method to control,has certain limitations.Enterprises are facing changing market and competitive environment,and more and more enterprises are trying to improve and innovate the way of managing working capital.In recent years,based on the traditional working capital management theory and practical experience,some scholars combine the supply chain theory,customer relationship theory and channel theory,and put forward the innovative working capital management mode from the perspective of channel theory.From the perspective of channel theory,the mode of enterprise working eapital management is to combine the production links of enterprises and manage according to the flow of capital,so as to improve the management efficiency of enterprise overall working capital.This paper firstly summarizes the channel theory and relevant theories of working capital management,and analyzes the feasibility and advantages of enterprise working capital management from the perspective of channel theory.Secondly,this paper selects hebei hengfeng furniture manufacturing co.,ltd.as the research object,and introduces the basic situation of hengfeng furniture working capital and the existing problems of working capital management.Furthermore,the working capital of hengfeng furniture,which introduced the channel theory,was reclassified,and the operating efficiency of the working capital was analyzed.Finally,hengfeng frniture company working capital management problems,gives the Suggestions to improve working capital management based on the theory of the channel,in the hope of similar funds management problems with hengfeng furniture furniture manufacturing enterprises to improve management level and accelerate the capital turnover of working capital efficiency,stable enterprise sustainable development provides a certain reference.
