Study On The Rationality Of Land Use In Anshan City From The Perspective Of Urban Contraction

The history of land use is the history of human development.Land is not only the space carrier of human production and life,but also the basis of the interaction of various elements of the ecological environment.It has the dual attributes of society and nature and is a non renewable resource.With the progress of science and technology,the development of economy,the breadth and depth of human land use increase.In this process,soil erosion,land desertification,soil fertility decline,natural environment damage and other problems are increasingly serious.If a city wants to seek a higher level of development,it must rely on land resources.If the land resources are destroyed,the pace of urban development will be forced to stop,so how to use the land resources reasonably and improve the efficiency of land use has become the top priority of urban sustainable and healthy development.This paper studies the rationality of urban land use,explores the influencing factors of land use,analyzes the problems of land planning in the process of urbanization,and adjusts the types and structures of land use in order to realize the sustainable development of land resources.This paper mainly studies the rationality of land use in Anshan City from two aspects of theory and demonstration,and analyzes and evaluates the rationality of land use from the perspective of urban contraction.In terms of theory,it mainly expounds the theories of urbanization,urban contraction,land resource allocation and sustainable development.At the same time,it analyzes the relationship between urbanization development and land use,and points out the current situation of urbanization development in China,as well as the problems of land use in the process of urbanization development.China is in the rapid development stage of urbanization.With the expansion of urban area,the contradiction between land supply and demand is fierce,and land resources become more scarce.In the process of development,there are a series of land use problems.To some extent,the limitation of land resources restricts the development of China’s economy.The development of urbanization not only depends on the expansion of land,but also needs to improve the utilization rate of land,tap the potential capacity of land resources,and make rational use of land.The sustainable development of urbanization needs to be based on the full and reasonable use of land.In the rapid development stage of urbanization in China,the research on the rational use of land is sufficient and necessary.In the empirical aspect,this paper systematically analyzes the current urbanization stage,population scale,mineral resources,natural ecological environment and land use status of Anshan City.Using entropy weight method,the evaluation index system is constructed,the principle of evaluation index construction is determined,the data is standardized,and the weight of each evaluation index is calculated.At the same time,the multi-attribute decision-making matrix is established,Combined with the current situation of land use in Anshan City,the positive and negative ideal values are determined from nine aspects:cultivated land and other agricultural land,garden land,forest land,pasture land,residential land,industrial and mining land,transportation land,water conservancy facilities land,unused land and other land,and the gray correlation analysis of land change in 2004-2014 is carried out.The weighted matrix and analysis results of the evaluation index point out the influencing factors of land use type on land rationality and the problems of land use in the process of urbanization in Anshan City.This paper uses a series of analysis methods to quantitatively analyze the rationality of different land use types in the study area from the cross-section level,and also makes an overall evaluation of the rationality of land use in the study area from the perspective of time,and draws relevant conclusions.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the scale of urban land use,the structure of urban land use and the environmental protection of urban land use,which provides an important reference for the layout of urban land use in Anshan City and a theoretical basis for the government to formulate the corresponding land policy.At present,Anshan City is in the rapid development stage of urbanization,but the population growth rate of Anshan City slows down,even negative growth,there is a phenomenon of population contraction and land expansion coexisting,which restricts the development of the city to a certain extent.Anshan City has experienced the phenomenon of urban contraction,that is,the population intensive area with a population scale of more than 10000 has experienced a population loss lasting for more than two years,and the local industrial development is slow,and the industrial upgrading and transformation have not achieved significant results.From the change of urban land use in Anshan City from 2004 to 2014,it can be seen that the scale of urban land use in Anshan City is constantly expanding,and the mismatch between urban population and land occupation area results in a series of land use problems.Anshan City’s development goal is not accurate,the overall planning is still growth oriented,ignoring the current situation of urban development;in the process of urbanization,there is a lack of awareness of sustainable development of land,and there is no reasonable coordination between human and land;There are significant differences in the structure and scale of different types of land,and the contradiction between supply and demand of land is becoming increasingly acute;There are unreasonable phenomena in the scale,structure and environmental protection of land use,and the efficiency and intensity of land use are low;These problems of unreasonable use of land should be paid attention to by the relevant departments and adjusted in time.It can be seen that the rational use of land resources is closely related to the sustainable development of cities,and it is very necessary to study the rationality of urban land use.
