Diversification strategy is an important strategic mode adopted by the company.With the rapid development of China's wine market in recent years,the pressure of market competition faced by wine enterprises has been increasing,and the wine enterprises that choose to adopt the diversification strategy have also shown a growing trend of development year by year.Compared with other development strategies,diversification strategy can effectively avoid multiple risks faced by enterprises.However,some studies still indicate that the implementation of diversification strategy of an enterprise has a certain correlation with its own financial performance,and the excessive implementation of diversification strategy may have adverse effects on the healthy development of an enterprise.In recent years,a large number of researchers have analyzed the correlation between enterprise diversification strategy and financial performance,and found that the implementation of diversification strategy will have a negative impact on enterprise financial performance,which is not conducive to the healthy development of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the research on the correlation between corporate diversification strategy and financial performance,so as to provide the basis for the selection of corporate diversification strategy implementation plan.Z wine co.,LTD.,as a wine enterprise with rapid development in recent years,has adopted a diversified development strategy in the development process,but from the actual implementation of the strategy,it has not had a significant positive impact on the financial performance of the enterprise.Based on this,this study mainly takes Beijing Z wine co.,ltd.as the research object.Firstly,the research background,significance and main methods of this study are proposed.Secondly,through the theoretical analysis of the research on corporate diversification strategy and financial performance at home and abroad,the literature at home and abroad was integrated from the perspectives of corporate governance,diversification strategy and financial performance.Thirdly,it analyzed the development status,governance characteristics,diversification strategy and overall financial performance of Beijing Z wine co.,LTD.,summarized its actual development status at present,and provided data support for the research.Finally,the correlation between corporate diversification strategy and corporate governance and financial performance is analyzed.Through the analysis of this study,it is expected to further clarify the relationship between enterprise diversification strategy and financial performance in the development process,so as to provide an effective theoretical basis for the comprehensive development of Beijing Z wine co.,LTD.,and avoid the enterprise's current financial performance level due to excessive diversification strategy development.
