In recent years,all kinds of online financial APP have come out,mobile banking is an effective attempt for commercial banks to explore financial services.As a new way of financial management in the new era,mobile banking has achieved good market effect at the beginning of application,and has become a new development channel of commercial bank service business.Also foreshadow the future financial services business development trend and direction.However,mobile banking as a new thing,for different users,their attitude and understanding of mobile banking will not tend to be consistent,because the user's intention to use a thing and acceptance behavior will be subject to To the common influence of many factors.It can be said that in the birth and use of APP,such as mobile banking,we must consider the user's intention to use and the ability to accept,and base on the user's expectation of the function of mobile banking.In this field,there have been many scholars at home and abroad have carried out research,from which we can conclude that the research and development of mobile banking such financial APP,we must study the behavior of users.Based on the model of technology acceptance,the theory of perceived usefulness,perceived usability,risk perception,and so on,this paper reviews the research in related fields at home and abroad.Taking app of Xinjiang Agricultural Credit Bank as an example,through questionnaire survey and other research methods,using SPSS and AMOS software to test whether the collected data is credible and effective,and whether the hypothesis is correct or not.The main influencing factors of mobile phone bank user's intention to use are obtained.Finally,some reasonable suggestions are put forward in view of these factors,and the function of mobile phone bank should be perfected and the perceived usefulness should be enhanced.To simplify the use of procedures to enhance the ease of use of user perception;to achieve service transformation,comprehensive promotion of user perception experience;to do a good job in mobile banking security measures to reduce user risk awareness and other recommendations,In order to promote the Xinjiang Agricultural Bank Mobile Bank to grasp the user intention to achieve better development,but also for other regions of the mobile phone banking business development to provide reference and thinking.
