With the increasing maturity of market economy and the coming of information age,the market competition of rubber manufacturing industry is becoming more and more fierce.With the changing external environment,the increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises have to from the current situation to adjust their business strategy,mainly through previous competition achieve denotative development enterprise,now should timely adjust the denotation and connotation and type of development strategy on two legs,so that enterprises can realize the healthy and stable development.B rubber manufacturing company,as a large company specializing in the production,research and development and sales of rubber seals,auto rubber parts and various rubber products,faced with severe internal and external environmental challenges,only through innovative performance appraisal management methods,and constantly improve the efficiency of enterprise operation,in the increasingly fierce market competition environment,to meet new and greater challenges.This article selects B rubber manufacturing company the sales staff of the sales department as the research target,based on the analysis to the current situation,grasp the research status at home and abroad on the basis of the integrated use of I have to master relevant theoretical knowledge of performance appraisal,by adopting questionnaire survey,individual researchers focus interviews and other research methods,with the sales staff of B rubber company present performance appraisal is conducted in-depth research of the system,and at the same time is existing in the performance appraisal of salesman problems and the causes of the problem of meticulous and comprehensive analytical thinking.After completing the above work,this paper proposed a brand new performance appraisal scheme for salesmen of B rubber company through the comprehensive application of KPI performance appraisal and balanced scorecard method,and meanwhile proposed a set of specific safeguard measures to escort the implementation of this performance appraisal system.Through the operation of a new performance appraisal system,the sales performance of B rubber manufacturing company has been significantly improved,and the working enthusiasm of sales staff has also been greatly improved.
