Since the internal audit of our country came into being,we ha ve always adhered to the principle of independence to supervise an d evaluate the company's internal business activities,ignoring the fu nction of internal audit to provide consulting services for the manag ement.In the report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China,it is pointed out that China's economy has change d from high-speed development to high-quality development in the new era.Based on the experience of "service-oriented government" in our country,this paper puts forward the viewpoint of service-orie nted internal audit.In this way,the management can deepen the un derstanding of the development of the company,optimize the intern al control mechanism and strengthen risk management,increase the efficiency and value of corporate governance,achieve the strategic goals of the company,and give full play to the irreplaceable positi on of internal audit.In this article,through comprehensive literature analysis the concept and the nature of the service of internal audit of internal audit and characteristics,and on the basis of fiduciary duty theory,information hypothesis theory,comprehensive risk management theory combined with YH company internal audit organization and personnel configuration,system structure,operation process and work activities and achievements of the status quo,from the construction thought and principle,goal orientation,operation mode and management mode of constructing service-oriented internal audit mode has explored,according to the actual circumstance of YH company,build good service culture atmosphere,and improve the overall service participation,and improve the relevant systems of the internal audit,set up internal audit information audit platform,Optimize internal audit information database construction,ensure the smooth operation of service-oriented internal audit.
