The problem of agricultural and rural peasants(hereinafter referred to as the “three rural issues”)has always been a key issue in the process of socialist construction.The report of the 19 th National Congress pointed out that the current major contradictions in our society have been transformed into contradictions between the people's growing needs for a better life and the development of inadequate imbalances.Among them,from the perspective of urban-rural relations,the current imbalance between urban and rural development in China is a prominent manifestation of the imbalance of development;from the perspective of rural interiors,the problem of insufficient rural development is a prominent manifestation of insufficient development.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has published a series of new ideas,new ideas and new conclusions on the issue of rural revitalization in the new era.Specifically,General Secretary Xi's important exposition on rural revitalization is based on solving the main contradiction of China's new era society.Based on Marxist rural development theory,he carefully analyzes the new contradiction of China's “three rural issues” under the new situation.new features and new trends,accurately put forward a series of innovative ideas to solve the “three rural” problems,crack the
