In recent years,China has entered the peak period of the scrapping of mechanical and electrical products,a large number of waste products have caused the waste of resources and environmental pollution and other problems.As an advanced technical means of recycling waste materials,remanufacturing is incorporated into the traditional supply chain system and will be an effective measure to realize resource utilization and the economic sustainable development.However,because of the frequent changes in the current market environment and the complex structure of the closed-loop supply chain of the remanufacturing,which causes many uncertainties in the actual operation of the closed-loop supply chain of remanufacturing.These uncertainties not only increase the difficulty of management,but also have a great influence on the equilibrium decision of the whole supply chain network.In view of the above,based on the uncertain problems of demand and return of the closed-loop supply chain of remanufacturing,this thesis explores the network equilibrium of the closed-loop supply chain of remanufacturing by combining with the actual market and considering the dynamic demands of consumers and the loss aversion behavior of decision-makers and adopting the variational inequality theory,uncertain programming theory and prospect theory.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this thesis develops a network equilibrium model of the closed-loop supply chain of remanufacturing with the dynamic demands under the condition of uncertainties of demands and returns by expanding the traditional static network model.It establishes a closed-loop supply chain network model of remanufacturing,which consists of raw material suppliers,manufacturers,retailers,demand markets and dismantling enterprises,and describes the optimality conditions of the various decision-makers by using the evolutionary variational inequality.The demands for the product and the corresponding returns are random,each demand is time-dependent,and the retailer and dismantling enterprise are faced with the penalty of shortage and surplus are taken into consideration.Then,the modified projection algorithm is used to solve the model,numerical examples are provided to analyse the influence of dynamic demands,distribution functions,dismantling rate,the recycling fund on quantity shipments and prices,and a number of management implications are obtained.Secondly,this thesis proposes a network equilibrium model of loss aversion dynamic remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain under the uncertainty of demand and return.Due to the uncertainty of demand and return,loss avoidance behavior is taken into the dynamic remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain network model,the loss avoidance decisions of retailers and disassembled enterprises are described by using the prospect theory,and the network equilibrium model of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain is established by using the variational inequality theory.And then the modified projection algorithm is used to solve the model,and numerical examples are provided to illustrate the effects of degree of loss avoidance of retailers and dismantling enterprises on the equilibrium decision of each enterprise in the network.
