Internal control is an important means for units to strengthen management and avoid risks.It is also a risk response mechanism established and implemented within an organization.The controlling body of internal control comes from inside the organization.The main content of control is risk,and the control method is to establish and implement a risk response mechanism.As one of the important businesses in the production and operation of enterprises,sales is an important way to realize the value of commodities,involving the return of enterprise funds,which plays an important role in the core competitiveness of enterprises and whether enterprises can develop continuously for a long time.Sales business plays an important role in the whole process from production to enterprise income.The sales business of an enterprise directly affects the operating efficiency and effect of the enterprise and is the ultimate embodiment of the enterprise's pursuit of maximum benefits.Under the condition of market economy,how to do a good job in sales and avoid the risks in sales are the major problems and challenges that every enterprise faces at present.The research object of this article is XG Group Company,which started a small amount of trade business in 2017,with more than 200 million yuan of trade business income in 2018.All production and operation are carried out by subsidiaries.Its trade business is mainly steel,supporting equipment and pomegranate wine.XG Group Company has compiled the "Manual of Internal Control Procedures of the Company" to construct the internal control system from the aspects of corporate governance,human resources management,procurement management,sales business,fund management,etc.Before writing,this paper studies relevant domestic and foreign literatures,on the basis of expounding relevant theories of internal control of sales business,through analyzing the current situation of internal control of sales business of XG Group Company,it evaluates the design and operation of internal control of sales business of XG Group Company by using quantitative and qualitative analysis,literature analysis and empirical analysis.It is found that the defects in the internal control of the company's sales business include imperfect customer credit management system,nonstandard internal governance,lack of risk awareness,possible loss of customers caused by sales methods and other problems.The defects in the collection link include defects in the collection process,ineffective control of accounts receivable,imperfect collection system afterwards and other problems.Finally,according to the requirements of "Basic Standards for Enterprise Internal Control" and "Guidelines for Application of Enterprise Internal Control",the internal control of XG Group Company's sales business is designed and optimized from the perspectives of customer credit management,receivables recovery and follow-up collection from the aspects of sales and collection.On the basis of the company's steady development and expansion of sales,reduce the amount of non-performing accounts receivable,give full play to the advantages of credit sales,reduce the risk of accounts receivable,improve the internal control of sales business,and provide reference for similar enterprises.
