Research On The Construction Of Internal Control System Of W Group

Many private business owners and enterprises are in the process of self-examination and self-cultivation.They have learned the lesson of blood and tears.According to the environmental changes,they actively respond to the risks to grow into group enterprises.After growing into a group enterprise,it has not established a complete internal control system due to the lack of attention or awareness of the great significance of internal control.With the rapid change of technology and the rise of Internet economy in China,the rapid change of economic structure has been caused.Under such a background,whether enterprises should establish internal control system suitable for enterprise development,avoid various risks in enterprise development,help enterprises to move to a new stage,and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises has become the main direction of our financial field.By studying the success or failure of large enterprises,we can deeply understand that a good internal control management system can help enterprises avoid many risks and create better social value.This paper proposes to build and improve the risk control mechanism of enterprises from the aspects of internal environment,risk assessment,control activities,information and communication,internal supervision,etc.Based on this kind of reason,this paper uses case analysis method to build an internal control system suitable for W group through specific analysis of W group.Although the theory of internal control of enterprises has been constantly improved in the international and domestic related systems,the growing group enterprises still need to improve and improve the level of internal control of operation and management.Taking the study of W Group as an example,it is found that W group solves problems in practical work and establishes a working mechanism of mutual containment based on personal cognition.But that is far from enough.Without a perfect internal control system,business management is like a lock in the air,which will cause business risks at any time.Therefore,this paper takes W group,a diversified group enterprise,as the research object.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the five elements of W Group’s internal control,it puts forward how to build the internal control system of W Group,reduce the operational risk,and combine the internal control with the actual operation and management of the group.Starting from the overall plan and goal of building W group’s internal control,this paper sets up the organizational form of internal control construction,constructs enterprise level control,completes business level control,and re combs the design of financial posts and functions under the group’s internal control mode.A standard internal control system is preliminarily constructed to prevent the common risks of internal and external operation and management in the enterprise,so as to provide sufficient basis for the overall internal operation of W group.
