| Corporate culture not only plays an important role in the survival and development of the company,but also encourages the company to continue to perform social responsibility when the company’s operating conditions deteriorate.Therefore,the construction of corporate culture is very important for the company to fulfill social responsibility and improve its financial performance.As a strategic industry of "security and stability",agriculture has an indispensable influence on the international market.Therefore,this paper systematically studies the relationship between corporate culture,social responsibility and financial performance of agricultural listed companies.This article first refers to and draws on a large amount of literature to sort out the two-to-one relationship between corporate culture,social responsibility,and financial performance.Based on the research results obtained,it builds the corporate culture and corporate society of listed agricultural companies.Responsibility indicator system.Secondly,it is defined in the concept of big agriculture.112 agricultural listed companies were selected.After collecting relevant data,the factors of corporate culture,corporate social responsibility,and financial performance were applied to factor analysis,entropy weight method,and multiple linear regression model.Correlation analysis was performed by other methods.Research shows that the institutional culture and spiritual culture in corporate culture have a positive impact on financial performance.The establishment of an enterprise system and spiritual culture can also encourage companies to actively fulfill their social responsibilities,and corporate social responsibility in building corporate systems and spiritual culture to improve enterprises Played a part in mediating its financial performance.Because China does not provide a database on corporate culture and corporate social responsibility,individual indicators can only be scored based on whether the indicator is disclosed and whether the disclosure is detailed or not,which may cause certain deviations in the analysis results of the data.Therefore,this article puts forward the following suggestions based on the research results:1.Agricultural listed companies can strengthen the construction of internal corporate spirit culture and institutional culture.2.Incorporate corporate social responsibility into corporate goals and strategies,and build a clear,rational,and efficient social responsibility system.3.Promote enterprises to correctly understand the relationship between fulfilling social responsibilities and financial performance,and proactively assume corresponding social responsibilities. |
