Research On The Design Of AF Company's Financing Scheme Based On Supply Chain

Since the reform and opening up,China's private enterprises have gradually developed into an important force responsible for promoting China's economic and social development,playing an indispensable role in the construction and development of the socialist market economy and the change of government functions.However,due to information asymmetry,the lack of shareholder support,qualified mortgages,and standardized operations,as well as stricter implementation of credit rationing,private enterprises are now facing the problem of difficult and expensive financing,which has greatly affected the development of private enterprises.By analyzing the problems existing in the financing of AF and the actual situation of its supply chains,this paper builds a game model based on the theory of supply chain finance to optimize the financing process and plan of AF to alleviate its financing difficulty.This paper first analyzes and elaborates the research on supply chain finance and private enterprise financing via literature review,and clarifies the theory of supply chain finance,game theory,and information asymmetry,laying a theoretical foundation for the subsequent analysis.Second,through the elaboration and analysis of the basic situation and current financing situation of AF,this paper presents reasons for its financing difficulty at present,and puts forward the problems to be solved.Third,the model analysis method is used to clarify the applicability and effectiveness of the supply chain finance model for AF financing.Finally,based on the actual situation of AF's supply chain,a suitable financing scheme is designed to solve the current problem of difficult and expensive financing in AF.Through research,this paper believes that the supply chain finance model can effectively reduce information asymmetry and transaction costs,achieve win-win cooperation among all participants,and effectively address the difficult and expensive financing of AF company,which is of great significance in the resolution of the financing problems of other private enterprises.The reasonable supply chain financing scheme designed according to the actual situation of the enterprise can certainly solve the problem of difficult and expensive financing effectively.
