In recent years,all circles at home and abroad attach great importance to research work prior to investment and decision-making:to gather and review the experience and lessons from all sources followed by a feasibility study of the planning project.Company Z plans to invest in a poultry processing,trading and distribution center with an annual output of 53,550 tons to meet the growing domestic market demand.Based on the market research and environmental sanitation,the paper makes an in-depth technical assessment of the size and site of the centre,the process engineering and its construction.Through static and dynamic financial evaluation,this paper analyzes the financial indicators of the project,and finally using the breakeven and sensitivity analytic methods it addresses the potential risk and its prevention.The results show that the huge growth potential,leading technology and engineering,and better financial indicators are all conducive to the construction of such a facility.All the relevant risks can be circumvented by taking effective measures.Therefore,the project is feasible.
