Research On Improving The Customer Satisfaction Degree Of SD Mobile Internet Protocol Television

In the outline for the development of the communications industry put forward at the Fifth Plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,it was pointed out that communication networks should play a role in promoting economic development and the integration of Internet of things technologies.The communication network operator has the basic communication network.Based on this infrastructure,the "three networks in one" technology,which promotes the Internet,the communication network and the Internet of things,can effectively promote the progress of the national network integration technology and promote the national economic development.SD mobile as a traditional communication operator,in the unfavorable situation of fixed line service(broadband)is in its infancy and video broadcasting business has never been involved,there are many factors related to how to rapidly enhance the competitiveness of the Internet TV business,among which user satisfaction is a key indicator.Therefore,it is necessary to study how to improve the user satisfaction of mobile Internet TV service.In this thesis,the user satisfaction of mobile Internet TV service in SD province is taken as the research object.The user satisfaction of mobile Internet TV services in SD province is investigated.The urban users with dense user coverage are selected as the research object,and the research index system is divided into two categories: hardware factor satisfaction and software factor satisfaction.In the process of investigation,we used the business halls to carry out research on customers to complete the distribution of the questionnaire,and designed a method to judge the effectiveness of the questionnaire.Valid questionnaires were collected for data analysis,on the basis of the analysis of the survey results,in view of the factors affecting customer satisfaction,this thesis proposes measures to improve customer satisfaction of mobile internet television business,including improving hardware infrastructure by adding 4,000 base stations and strengthening network planning;improving business personnel skills,optimizing value-added services,and strengthening investment.Complaint control,strengthen brand publicity and improve the network information exchange platform to improve the hardware infrastructure.This will promote the development of SD mobile Internet TV business and other Internet business in the future.
