Research On Supply Chain Revenue Sharing Contract Model Considering Inventory Subsidy

In the current competitive environment,the enterprises have limited space to further explore"profit growth point" from the inside,and many enterprises turn their attention to how to conduct external supply chain management to increase revenue.The core idea of supply chain management is "cooperation,win-win and integration".Supply chain coordination is an important part of supply chain management,and contract mechanism is an important means of supply chain coordination.In this paper,the supply chain revenue sharing contract model of dynamic game is established by connecting the market demand with the inventory level of the supply chain.In order to further strengthen the collaboration among the supply chain members and alleviate the impact of market demand fluctuations on the supply chain system,this paper considers the situation that the seller provides inventory subsidies to the supplier to guarantee the supply of products,and establishes the corresponding supply chain contract model.In the study of this paper is established in a two-stage dynamic game model of supply chain as an object,in order to optimize supplier inventory management,improve supply chain performance,improved on the traditional supply chain cooperation model,joined the inventory subsidies incentives to avoid the members of the supply chain in the study of supply chain coordination caused by uneven distribution of the interests of the overall revenue of subprime.The main research work includes the following two aspects:(1)The coordination of supply chain system affected by sales effort and quality assurance service is studied.In a service-oriented sensitive consumers in the supply chain system,market demand depends on the supply of the phenomenon of inventory levels,this paper consider sales eflbrts in the research,at the same time provide quality assurance of product service,in the perspective of research is more close to the actual market practice in the sales and purchase,the product sales volume is affected by the sellers in sales efforts,product warranty service will also affect consumers' purchase decision.Formulate the supply chain revenue sharing contract that considers the impact of sales efforts and quality assurance services,build the profit function of supply chain and establish the cooperation and coordination mechanism with the goal of maximizing the profits of both parties;By solving the model,the product pricing strategy,product quality level,supplier supply and supply chain profit distribution are obtained,indicating the feasibility and effectiveness of the supply chain coordination mechanism presented in this paper.(2)In the two-level supply chain system,the antagonistic and competitive relationship between sellers and suppliers is transformed into cooperative and competitive relationship,and three inventory subsidy supply chain contracts are proposed.Market deland changes will affect the operation of the supply chain system,the design of inventory subsidy contract mechanism,and respond to changes in market demand situation caused by the change of supply and demand in the supply chain system,sellers by taking incentives for suppliers to provide inventory subsidies,balance the suppliers bear the risk of the stock,at the same time to ensure the adequate supply of products,and distributors from a certain extent,avoid the risk of broken goods,inventory subsidy contract mechanism can strengthen the overall supply chain collaboration.In this paper,based on different inventory situations,three inventory subsidy strategies are proposed to improve the enthusiasm of supply chain members for cooperative input and effectively facilitate transactions,which is of guiding significance for the implementation of relevant incentive contract mechanism in the supply chain.The solution of the model shows that the inventory subsidy strategy can effectively improve the supply chain performance.In order to make the profit balance of the supply chain system,the income sharing scheme should be developed reasonably.In the revenue-sharing contract mechanism,sellers can strengthen supply chain coordination and optimize profits by controlling reasonable income sharing and coordinating appropriate subsidy incentives.In this paper,the balance and sharing of profits and costs in the two-level supply chain are effectively coordinated to achieve the goal of optimizing supply chain performance.In the case of inventory subsidy,some Suggestions on how to realize the best strategy in the competitive marketing system are put forward.The decision factors of supply chain participants are discussed from model analysis and numerical examples.The study of supply chain contract mechanism in different inventory subsidy cases provides new ideas for supply chain coordination and management.
