Research On The Comprehensive Budget Management Of SG Group Based On ERP System

Comprehensive budget management is an important means of enterprise management and control.It can comprehensively coordinate the internal and external resources of the enterprise in advance,and preview the enterprise's future business management process.However,comprehensive budget management involves many aspects of enterprise management,involving many employees,wide business coverage and large amount of information.It is difficult to achieve good results without the support of informatization means.In order to improve the overall level of comprehensive budget management,this paper will study the comprehensive budget management based on ERP system,and put forward the design and implementation scheme of comprehensive budget management based on ERP system.Using the method of case analysis,starting from the basic theory of comprehensive budget management and ERP system,taking SG group's comprehensive budget management as an example,the paper analyses the current situation and existing problems of the group's comprehensive budget management,and analyses the main cause of the problems.SG group has a large size and many subordinate organizations.The traditional manual budget can't meet the needs of group management.Therefore,it is urgent to improve comprehensive budget management by ERP system.Based on this,the paper first puts forward the comprehensive budget management design scheme of SG group based on ERP system to provide basic safeguard measures for SG group applying ERP system to comprehensive budget management,including defining budget management objectives,designing budget management overall framework,improving budget business system,regulating budget management environment,constructing comprehensive budget model and master data based on ERP system.Then the comprehensive budget management implementation scheme of SG group based on ERP system is elaborated from six aspects: strategic-based budget objectives,procedural budget preparation,whole process budget control,dynamic and orderly budget adjustment,multi-dimensional budget analysis and perfect budget evaluation.Finally the expected results are predicted.It is hoped that the schemes of this case can be extended to other companies in that industry,so as to provide reference for them to improve comprehensive budget management by using ERP system,and to provide reference for the theoretical research in the field of the combination of comprehensive budget management and ERP system in the future.
