To keep the competency for product in the internet consumer finance field,to keep a balance in cash flow,collection is not only a key procedure in risk management but also a profit contributors center in loan company business operation.Consider the fact that client in consumer finance's payment ability is lower than A-level customer,a lot of them has multi-loans on their shoulder,collection on them would be more a hot topic in this industry.Due to the difference on customer-selection,market policy,consumer finance is very different from traditional bank business.On the bases of theory of risk control and credit management,combined with domestic and foreign researches on the accounts receivable,this paper studies an Internet Consumer Finance company M's collection solution and reference solution for the whole industry.Firstly,the paper studies the overall size,growth speed,key indicator in recovery,roll rate and verified complaints and analysis the improving part in Company M's collection solution and its influence.Secondly,considering these problems,based on full procedure risk management theory,from the aspects of organization chart optimization,collection policy making,collection operation solution making,collection information system solution making,internal audit and complaints control solution,designed a collection solution for Company M.Lastly,from the suggestion on future collection,studied the innovation collection and external suspicious,make a suggestion on building a standard collection solution which may bring less complaint and a better loan business environment for the whole industry.
