Research On The Pythagorean Fuzzy Method Of Quality Innovation Evaluation Of High-tech Enterprises

Quality innovation is to continuously improve and improve the inherent characteristics through various methods such as technology,management and culture,so as to better meet the needs of consumers and users,and ultimately achieve higher benefits.For high-tech enterprises,in order to promote the modernization and high-end development of enterprises,and to maintain a certain degree of competitiveness in the market,quality innovation has become the focus of hightech enterprises.However,how to reasonably evaluate the quality innovation of high-tech enterprises and provide guidance for the quality innovation of high-tech enterprises has become a hot and difficult point in the academic circles.At present,it is still not perfect in both theoretical method research and practical application research,and it is worthy of further research.In addition,some scholars use fuzzy set theory to evaluate and explain this,but there are still insufficient.Based on this,this paper has carried out the following research on the quality innovation evaluation method of high-tech enterprises:(1)For the quality innovation evaluation attribute or index has a priority relationship,or there is a relationship of mutual complement and preference,combined with priority integration operator,Heronian operator and Frank operator,proposed in the background of Pythagoras fuzzy Pythagorean fuzzy priority integration operator,Pythagorean fuzzy Heronian operator and Pythagorean Frank operator,and the corresponding decision model.(2)For the dynamic evaluation process of quality innovation,considering the time factor of evaluation and the support factors of information among experts,the dynamic Pythagorean fuzzy integration operator and Pythagorean fuzzy integration with improved weighted support are proposed.The operator realizes the fusion between dynamic information fusion and expert expression information,enriching the evaluation theory of quality innovation.(3)Applying the improved evaluation method model to the evaluation of quality innovation in high-tech enterprises.Firstly,according to the characteristics of high-tech enterprises,ten evaluation indicators were selected and applied to the quality evaluation of four high-tech enterprises,and the evaluation results were compared and analyzed.At the same time,the validity and consistency of the example results can verify the scientificity,rationality and feasibility of this evaluation system.
