With the rapid development of China's economy,China has become the largest consumer market in the world.The scale of the consumer market has surpassed that of the United States.The cosmetics industry has led the consumer goods industry with a scale of 100 billion,and the global market share is second only to that of the United States.In an era when consumers are more pursuing beauty and paying more attention to image,the supply and demand of cosmetics are less and less affected by price and become a rigid demand.International cosmetics giants are laying out the Chinese market one after another,trying to get a piece of the Chinese cosmetics consumer market.As a large multinational direct selling enterprise with cosmetics as its main product,M Company has earlier laid out the Chinese market,relying on its unique direct selling mode and successful direct selling experience,and has become a direct selling enterprise with a certain market share in the Chinese market,a market leader,and attracted a large number of followers to enter the industry market.At the same time,the strong market performance of direct marketing mode + cosmetics makes more and more health products direct marketing enterprises focus on the huge volume of the Chinese market,hoping to occupy a place here.However,the openness of the industry,the imperfection of the legal system and the high rate of return of the industry are intertwined,which makes some illegal elements with impure motives and irregular minds engage in illegal activities by direct selling.As a result,consumers do not understand the mode of direct selling,and have a deeper misunderstanding of direct selling.They even equate direct selling with pyramid selling.As a result,the reputation of the industry is seriously affected and formal direct selling enterprises are hindered.Product sales.The mixed market has a serious impact on M company's sales.The traditional direct marketing model can not adapt to the severe and complex external environment.It is affected by the market disruption of illegal elements,the impact of the Internet,the change of consumer demand and the fierce market competition,which makes M company suffer a tremendous impact.In recent years,M company's sales performance has continued to decline.In order to cope with the changes in the market environment,we must make corresponding changes in our own weak links and overcome the shortcomings that affect the success or failure.Only in this way can we have a better foothold in the Chinese market,maintain the leading position of the industry and remain in an invincible position in the market.This paper will take M company as the research object,take direct marketing mode as the research content,design and issue questionnaires to understand the current situation and customer satisfaction of M company's direct marketing mode,analyze the current situation of M company's direct marketing mode,and find out more suitable direct marketing mode to the existing environment and market,so as to provide reference for the sustainable development of direct marketing enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes M Company as the research object.Based on the environmental analysis of M company's direct selling mode,this paper analyses the current situation of M company's direct selling mode.At present,M company adopts face-to-face selling,no shop selling,multilevel direct selling mode and conference direct selling mode.The direct selling mode of M has the advantages of distinctive brand image building,unique enterprise culture construction,humanized management and innovative marketing methods.At the same time,there are shortcomings in the quality of beauty consultant,the simplistic way of direct selling,the difficulty in making Internet + multilevel marketing mode and the poor marketing effect of conference marketing mode.We can solve these problems by strengthening the training of promotional personnel,forming excellent sales team,developing multichannel sales and combining direct marketing with e-commerce.
