In recent years,the new three board market is obvious to all,new three board listed company breakthroughs 11600,at the same time 48 listed companies through the form of IPO from the new three boards to the motherboard,gem.At present,our country has formed a multi-level capital market,each plate is relatively independent operation.However,there is a phenomenon of disjointing the new three boards and the market in the field,and the system of lifting board between the capital markets at all levels is not perfect.At present,the new three board enterprises can only use the IPO way to complete the "transfer board".On the other hand,there are many problems in the new three board enterprises,such as lack of financing capacity and poor liquidity,which seriously impede the development of enterprises themselves,and these problems can be solved by the high level market.Because the level of enterprise performance is an important yardstick in the so-called transfer process.Therefore,it is of certain significance to study the performance and related factors of transfer board enterprises.This paper mainly studies the financial performance of successful enterprises in China and the factors that affect their performance.Through the construction of index system to analyze the characteristics of their financial performance,and from the aspects of corporate governance and technological innovation,the factors that affect financial performance are studied.This article takes the 47 companies that have passed the successful meeting as research subjects,and studies their financial performance and influencing factors through empirical research methods.The research results show that companies with better operating capacity and development ability may perform better in terms of performance level;ownership concentration,proportion of independent directors,two-in-one unit and financial performance are positively related;board size,corporate R&D investment and current financial period The performance is negatively correlated.This article gives a detailed analysis of the research results and makes recommendations to companies and investors.
