Strategy Analysis On The Community Bank Development Of A Rural Commercial Bank

With the development of market-oriented interest rate reform and the rapid development of Internet finance and intelligent finance,the traditional banking business has been confronted with great challenges,especially the rural commercial banks.At the same time,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and the development of the same industry is sinking.The development of community banks is relatively mature in western countries.At present,some joint-stock commercial banks in our country have begun to explore the establishment of community banks,and some meet difficulties.The Rural Commercial Bank A studied in this paper is a typical local rural financial institution.Based on grass-roots services,it is oriented towards agriculture,countryside and farmers,and helps small and medium-sized enterprises.Compared with large state-owned Banks and joint-stock Banks,there is a broader prospect for development.It has the advantage of policy,popularity and geographical.At present,Rural Commercial Bank A has set up four community banks,all in the stage of initial development.It analyzes the overall condition of Bank A,its potential to develop community banks,and the obstacles it might encounter in the process of development,and puts forward some countermeasures to these possible problems.This paper innovatively puts forward the strategy of "trilogy model".From the perspectives of company strategy,business arrangement and supporting measures,it tries to point out the way for the future development of the community bank of Rural Commercial Bank A,and also hopes to provide reference for the development of the community bank in the rural commercial bank of the whole country.
