Research On The Development Of "Internet + Agriculture" In Wafangdian City

As the Internet technology applied in the social from all walks of life gradually thorough,the people of the traditional work,study,life and entertainment also produced change,"Internet +" also gradually attracted attention in China and rapid heating up,prime minister li keqiang,2015 "Internet +" plan of action,in 2016 the number one file is pointed out that application of mobile Internet,Internet of things,cloud computing,big data,such as information technology,actively promote the "Internet + modern agriculture",push the agricultural industry chain upgrade.Since "Internet +" plans to introduce,the provinces,municipalities are comply with the agricultural requirements of the new situation,actively expand the "+" Internet use in agriculture,wafangdian city also take various measures to promote growth,"Internet + agriculture" wafangdian in order to speed up agricultural modernization process,adjust the industrial structure,promote the farmers' income has made a great contribution to increase production.This study firstly compares the current research status of "Internet + agriculture" at home and abroad.Secondly,the definition of the Internet,the development of the Internet in China,the definition and characteristics of "Internet +",the definition and functions of "Internet + agriculture" and the typical model are introduced.On the basis of full investigation and understanding,this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural development and "Internet + agriculture" in wafangdian city,and conducts a case study on the development of "Internet + agriculture" in wafangdian city.Wafangdian and found that although some achievements have been made in the "Internet + agriculture" development,but its development level is low,there are still many problems need to solve: inadequate information basis and technical services,the peasants' cultural level is low and the lack of professional talent,rural information access to information of a single,a new type of agricultural management main body of the leading role play less,agricultural products logistics distribution can not meet the needs of the electricity,the lack of unified standards of quality and safety of agricultural products has become the bottleneck of the development of wafangdian city "Internet + agriculture".Wafangdian finally to solve the problems existing in the development of "Internet + agriculture",and more efficient for the development of modern agriculture,the author puts forward his own opinions and Suggestions from six aspects: the government should increase investment,and accelerate the cultivation of new professional farmers,smooth the circulation of rural information channels,play a new leading role of the main agricultural management,speed up the development of e-commerce and logistics of agricultural products,strengthening agricultural products quality supervision.
