Perishable products have perishable characteristics different from ordinary temperature products. Therefore, there is a big difference between the inventory management of perishable products and inventory management of normal temperature products. It is also necessary to study the inventory strategy of perishable products.Based on this, this dissertation has done the following work based on the existing research:The first chapter clarifies the research background and research significance of this thesis, determines the research content and objectives, and proposes three innovations of this thesis. The second chapter reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad, and understands the research status of inventory problems of perishable products and defective products, and summarizes and reviews the existing research. The third chapter gives the relevant theoretical basis, including inventory management, supply chain management, perishable products and related theories of defective products, and clarifies the theoretical basis of the research. In the fourth chapter, the inventory model is constructed. The model aims to minimize the total cost per unit time.It is assumed that the metamorphic rate obeys the two-parameter Weibull distribution, and the probability of defect rate and screening error is random variables. In the fifth chapter, the genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are used to solve the model proposed in the fourth chapter. The comparison between the solution process and the solution results shows that the particle swarm algorithm has faster convergence. Then the sensitivity analysis of related parameters was carried out,and some management implications were obtained through sensitivity analysis. The sixth chapter makes a comprehensive summary of the research of the thesis, gives relevant conclusions, and also points out some shortcomings and research prospects in the research. The research of this dissertation has the following conclusions:Changes in commodity deterioration rate factors, quality goods storage costs, and screening cost factors can easily lead to changes in the replenishment cycle.Among them, the storage cost of quality goods and the coefficient of deterioration rate and the replenishment cycle showed a negative correlation, while the screening cost coefficient and the replenishment cycle showed a positive correlation. The demand rate, the coefficient of deterioration rate and the storage cost of quality goods have a significant impact on the single order quantity.Among them, the demand rate and the order quantity showed a positive correlation, and the deterioration rate coefficient and the quality storage cost and the order quantity showed a negative correlation. At the same time,it is also found that the parameters that have the most serious impact on the total cost per unit time are a class of error probability, metamorphic rate coefficient and defect rate. Therefore,in order to minimize costs, retailers should try to avoid the occurrence of a type of error, and try to reduce the quality of the goods and the quantity of defects. |
