Research On The Evaluation Of Investment Environment Based On Investor And Capital Attracting In Yujiapu Financial District

As the main method of promoting scientific and great-leap-forward development of regional economy,attracting investments has always been the primary focus for capital attractors and investors alike.The advantages and disadvantages of the investment environment have a significant impact on the success of investment activities,which will affect the economic development and competitiveness of the region as a whole.Firstly,Taking Yujiapu Financial District as the research object,this paper studies the related theories of the attraction of investment and investment environment in depth,so as to analyze the investment environment and identify the opportunities and challenges faced by Yujiapu Financial District.Secondly,this paper constructs an index system of environmental evaluation of investment attraction and uses analytic hierarchy process to determine index weight.In terms of this research method,the investment environment related data of Yujiapu and Lujiazui Financial District are collected and its non-dimensional standardization is carried out.In the end,the comprehensive performance of the investment environment is calculated.On this basis,the differences between the investment environment of Yujiapu and Lujiazui Financial District are compared and the evaluation conclusion is drawn.The research finds that the investment environment level of Lujiazui Financial Districct is higher than that of Yujiapu,and the investment environment potential of Yujiapu Financial District is greater.Thirdly,the questionnaire method is used to investigate and analyze influential factors of the investment environment of Yujiapu Financial District including political and legal environment,administrative environment,market environment,public service environment,humanistic and social environment and regional infrastructure,etc.The research is further supplemented through interviews with experts and the main problems of the region are summarized: imperfection in infrastructure,low industrial supporting capacity,insufficient market demand,the lack of attraction,over-abundance of developers and serious homogeneity,etc.Finally,through the evaluation and optimization of investment environment of Yujiapu Financial District and on the basis of adhering to the principle of investment environment optimization,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of optimizing investment environment from three aspects: improving the hard environment of investment,improving the soft environment of investment,and strengthening the environment of investment "field effect".
