Research On The Construction And Application Of Credit Rating Index System Of S&T Service Type SMEs In China

With the continuous introduction of the national policy to promote science and technology SMEs,science and technology SMEs have become increasingly important in the national economy,among which the science and technology service SMEs,which play an important role in China's industry,are active.Small and medium-sized enterprises with science and technology services are limited by their own characteristics of information disclosure and weak foundation.Therefore,it is necessary to design and serve the credit rating systems of such enterprises to help them solve financing difficulties and to enrich and perfect our country's credit rating system.In view of that analysis on the research situation of credit rating at home and abroad,this paper,in combination with the characteristic of Chinese sci-tech service SME and the unsuitability of the existing index system of the third-party credit rating agency,selects an index for reflecting the corresponding status of the sci-tech service small and small enterprise in real time,through the scientific method to analyze and study its credit grade deeply.In view of the lack of indicators reflecting the characteristics of sci-tech service SMEs and the lack of attention to the growth of sci-tech service SMEs,this paper,based on the basic principles of systematization,simplicity and applicability,constructs a credit rating index system for China's sci-tech service SMEs,including indicators such as enterprise profitability,growth ability,operating ability and technological innovation ability.The research of this paper has certain enlightenment significance for small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology service to improve their own operation,guide their investment direction and prevent risks.
