Financial Analysis Of Tangshan Financial Holding Group Under Harvard Framework

In the past decade,in order to make up for the lack of financial revenue,governments at all levels have generally raised funds for urban infrastructure construction by setting up financing platform companies.Nowadays,all the governments at all levels have their own financing platform companies,and some local government financing platforms are not only the shell companies of local government financing,but they have completed the market transformation.But most of the platform companies do not operate standard and bear heavy debts.They also want to seek a market-oriented transformation to adapt to it.The needs of the market and the development of the city.This thesis makes a case study on the local government financing platform company,taking the Tangshan financial holding group of the municipal platform company as the research object and taking the Harvard analysis framework as the main line to study the strategy,finance and prospects of the platform company by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.The purpose is to serve as a local government financing platform company.The relevant research on financial analysis,the managers of local governments at all levels and the managers of the platform companies provide some inspiration,and also provide reference for the development path and practical research of other domestic financing platform companies.This thesis first combs the relevant literature on financial analysis at home and abroad,compares several financial analysis frameworks,and focuses on the advantages and adaptability of the Harvard analysis framework applied in this thesis.Then,we analyze the research object,use the Harvard analysis framework to carry on the analysis of strategy,accounting,finance and prospect.In the financial analysis part,the factor analysis model is added on the basis of the traditional financial analysis model,and the comprehensive analysis function with universal applicability is obtained,and the financial strategic matrix model is used.This thesis analyzes the company's financial strategy and puts forward relevant countermeasures.Finally,the conclusion is drawn and the inspiration for other platform companies is summarized.
