In recent years,the most beautiful Reception in Ali and the most dedicated and highly qualified drivers in Huawei have sprung up.Oufei Technology Co.,Ltd.selected in this paper has implemented seven employee stock ownership plans in three years,which can prove that the employee stock ownership plan has brought positive impact to the company.Since the company implemented the employee stock ownership plan more times,the first employee stock ownership plan has been completed,so this paper selects the first employee stock ownership plan of Oufei Technology Co.,Ltd.to conduct research.This paper analyzes the motivation and implementation effect of the first employee stock ownership plan of the company through the literature research method,the case study method and the event research method.The motivations for implementing the employee stock ownership plan are divided into internal and external factors.The internal demand is due to the demand for enterprise strategy implementation,the demand for financial status,and the need for innovation capability.The external movement is due to the intensification of market competition and the introduction of relevant policies.In terms of implementation effects,this paper analyzes and draws conclusions through three levels.At the management level,the implementation of employee stock ownership plans can improve the company's governance environment,enhance market competitiveness and enhance employee cohesion.In terms of financial level,the implementation of the employee stock ownership plan has played a role in improving financial mobility and solvency,improving the company's operational capabilities,improving the profitability of the company to a certain extent,and enhancing the company's ability to innovate.At the market reaction level,this paper studies the stock price of the company's shareholding plan five days before and after the company's shareholding plan through the time research method.This paper studies the first employee stock ownership plan of the company,and provides reference for the design and implementation of employee stock ownership plans of other companies,which has certain reference significance for other enterprises.
