| In recent years,the problems of agricultural listed companies are frequent,such as the green land of financial fraud,Yin Guangxia,Zhangzi Island,where major business problems arise.The phenomenon of listed companies' fraud has caused great trouble to the financial market,disturbed the financial order,brought bad influence to the capital market and seriously damaged the interests of investors.Financial fraud not only occurs frequently in China,but also in other countries and even in the world.Therefore,this makes scholars in various countries gradually pay attention to and study the related theory of financial fraud.As the main body of audit,CPAs who issue audit reports for listed companies inevitably bear the responsibility of identifying financial fraud.Financial fraud is one of the most important auditing risks for CPAs.How to identify financial fraud in time is a key concern for CPAs.This paper takes Huishan Dairy as an example.Huishan Dairy has been making financial fraud for several years since its listing.KPMG has not identified financial fraud for three consecutive years,resulting in audit failure.This paper identifies the audit risk of financial fraud in Huishan Dairy Company,analyses the problems existing in KPMG's audit procedure,and then analyses the existing problems and gives some countermeasures and suggestions.By analyzing Huishan Dairy's prospectus and annual report,and referring to the short report of Muddy Waters Research,this paper studies the reason why auditors fail to identify the financial fraud of Huishan Dairy effectively.This paper discusses the audit risks faced by CPAs in auditing agricultural listed companies,and focuses on the problems and shortcomings of CPAs in the process of auditing,so as to help CPAs better identify audit risks,formulate correct audit plans according to the actual situation,avoid the occurrence of audit failures,protect the interests of investors and promote the benignity of capital market.Development. |
