Study On The Impact Of Agricultural Structure Adjustment On The Income Of Farmers In Minority Areas

Agricultural structural adjustment is an important agricultural policy based on the current agricultural development situation.This policy can promote the development of local agricultural economy and raise the income level of farmers.China is not only a big agricultural country,but also a multi-ethnic country.The economic development of ethnic areas benefits from good natural conditions.Xing'an League is located in the east of Inner Mongolia and it has developed agriculture.There are many ethnic minorities.Therefore,taking Xing'an League in Inner Mongolia as an example,this thesis studies the adjustment of agricultural structure and the income of farmers in ethnic areas.Using the conversion coefficient of agricultural structural adjustment,the law between agricultural structural adjustment and the income of farmers is obtained.On this basis,the impact of agricultural structural adjustment on the income of farmers was analyzed from the macro level,and we also analyze the impact of internal structural adjustment in cropping and animal husbandry on the income of farmers.From the microcosmic point of view,the panel regression model is constructed to analyze the impact of agricultural structure adjustment of Xing'an League on the whole group,different income groups,poor households and ethnic minority households by using the data of the research group's investigation in Xing'an League of Inner Mongolia in July and August 2018.The results show that the income of farmers has a general rule of "inverted U" change with the agricultural structure adjustment.At the macro level,the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure has a significant positive impact on the income level of farmers.Moreover,the adjustment of the internal structure of farming and animal husbandry industry is more reasonable,and it is strongly related to the income level of farmers.At the micro level,the adjustment of agricultural structure in Xing'an League of Inner Mongolia has a significant positive effect on the income of farmers,and the effect at different income levels is similar.However,the impacts on the income of ethnic minority families and poor families are still insufficient compared with other farmers.Based on the conclusions of the study,this thesis suggests that the adjustment of agricultural structure should be properly promoted and the participation of farmers and with low income levels should be emphasized.At the same time,we should also improve the disadvantageous factors of poverty and minority families in the adjustment of agricultural structure.
