With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the competitive environment faced by enterprises has become increasingly fierce.How to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage and achieve continuous improvement of corporate performance has become a key topic of concern for entrepreneurs.Dynamic capabilities require companies to respond quickly to changes in the external environment,integrate,build and reconfigure internal and external resources and capabilities,and continuously introduce quality products and services that meet market needs.The foundation and source of dynamic capability formation are all kinds of knowledge activities within the enterprise.Strategic learning is the learning process of the enterprise's future-oriented cultivation and breakthrough innovation.It covers the two dimensions of organizational learning and knowledge management.To create,maintain and transfer knowledge,knowledge management focuses on managing,storing,retrieving and applying existing knowledge,and strategic learning can bring new knowledge and capabilities to the enterprise.Existing research has recognized the important role of strategic learning in corporate performance,but the understanding of its internal mechanism is still very vague.This paper attempts to open the "black box" from strategic learning to corporate performance,using case study methods,the BOE shares The company conducts longitudinal case analysis,incorporates organizational learning and knowledge management into the core dimensions of strategic learning,and explores the impact of the two on corporate performance.Through research,it is found that both dimensions of strategic learning have a positive effect on corporate performance,and are transmitted to corporate performance through dynamic capabilities and organizational innovation.The conclusions of this paper enrich the theoretical connotation and expand the cognitive boundaries of strategic learning,dynamic capabilities,and corporate performance.At the same time,it has practical guiding significance for Chinese enterprises to carry out strategic learning,build dynamic capabilities,and improve corporate performance.
