Research On The Influence Of Marketization On Provincial Technology Efficiency In China

The Chinese economy has entered a period of low-and medium-speed growth since 2010.The traditional extensive economy is unsustainable by relying on factors,and the shift to efficiency depends on a good market economy.In 2016,the Central Financial and Economic Leadership Group proposed that the goal of supply-side reform should strive to reform and maintain development and stabilize the economy.In the important period when China’s economy is driven by efficiency,it is particularly important to study the impact of marketization.Based on the latest marketization indicators published by Professor Fan Gang and his collaborators in 2017,this thesis decomposes technical efficiency through input and output data of 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in 2008-2016,and uses fixed-effect panel models to analyze various market-oriented indicators.influences.The analysis of the status quo of China’s marketization uses cluster analysis method to classify the current marketization development of each region into four categories.The impact of marketization on technical efficiency is mainly through descriptive statistical analysis combined with fixed effect panel model.By fitting,solving and exposing the model to study the marketization process and its impact on technical efficiency,it seeks a breakthrough for sustained and steady economic growth,and also provides theoretical and data support for supply-side reform.On the one hand,the marketization development of various regions in China shows a normal distribution trend.Beishangguang,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Tianjin are far ahead in the market-oriented five indicators for rapid development.Tibet,Xinjiang,Qinghai and Gansu are the development of the tail region.The most backward,the remaining 21 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions are at a medium level,and this part of the region has more and can increase the space.China’s current technical efficiency development is not optimistic.Only less than a quarter of the regions in the time window of research show that the technical efficiency of all years is improving.In the transition period of economic development mode,the technical efficiency is greatly improved.The essential.On the other hand,the existing factor market environment,product market environment and legal environment are all conducive to the progress of technical efficiency.The relationship between the government and the market has not been promoted mainly because of the imperfect government market relationship.According to the analysis of the model results,marketization is very helpful for the improvement of technical efficiency.At the same time,the government-market relationship needs to achieve the ideal state through supply-side reform,and a series of policy recommendations are proposed.First of all,the marketization process should be promoted throughout the year.The positive mechanism of marketization on technical efficiency is very obvious.In the process of marketization,investment should first consider the development of the product market with higher returns.Secondly,on the issue of regional development imbalance,it is necessary to speed up the development of 21 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions with large upside,and vigorously develop relatively backward regions.Finally,supply-side reform is an important means of correcting the government’s position in the market.It is more appropriate to reduce taxes and reduce costs and deleverage as the primary task in the five major tasks of supply-side reform The two complement each other to achieve the flow of funds to the real economy.The purpose of the service is also the primary task of the current economic development.
