In recent years,due to the rising of unilateral trade doctrine in European and American markets,business risks caused by work permit visas and risk of IT human resource cost increasing have seriously impacted the operation of global delivery model of Infosys which is the second largest software outsourcing provider in India.At the same time,the information industry is developing rapidly around the world,and various traditional industries are accelerating into the Internet era,with which the demand for information service outsourcing is increasing substantially.This trend has brought opportunities for the software service outsourcing industry,but it also brought in more intense competition.In the seriously homogenized software service outsourcing industry,customer-oriented product service delivery management has become one of the key factors for enterprises to highlight their own competitive advantages.However,the limitations of Infosys current business delivery model make it impossible to create more business value,which leads to a decline in customer satisfaction.The existing business delivery process is not able to meet the diverse and flexible customer needs and rapid delivery requirements.At the same time,the lack of delivery technology seriously weakens the Infosys' delivery capacity and profitability.These risks and problems have brought great challenges to the company's delivery management and become the main reason for the slowdown of company growth,the decline of profits and the decline of competitiveness in recent years.In order to seize the opportunities and approach the challenges,the company bring forward the innovation optimization of delivery management under the strategy of Infosys 3.0.Based on the analysis of the concepts and theories of Infosys 3.0 strategy,delivery management,delivery mode,software outsourcing,cloud computing and innovation,this paper will leverage the analysis and investigation of the business data of Infosys in recent years to discuss the existing problems and dilemmas of Infosys 3.0 delivery management under the 3.0 strategy,and by briefly analyzing the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and risks of the company's delivery management via SWOT analysis.Base on the result,4 parts of delivery management innovation solutions will be proposed,which include the innovation of delivery mode at macro and micro levels,the innovation of development and delivery mode of agile process and the innovation of delivery technology introduced into cloud platform.Afterwards,the feasibility and guarantee of the solution implementation will be discussed.Finally,this paper summarizes the innovation solution of delivery management and puts forward the shortcomings and future prospects.The results of this research paper can not only solve the practical problems of delivery management faced by Infosys Company,but also provide reference for domestic and foreign software service outsourcing enterprises in the mode,technology and process innovation of delivery management,thereby it will be helpful to improve the overall industry aquatic products and promote the development of economy in the Internet era.
