Due to the harsh natural environment and traditional farming ideas,Dingxi City,located in the gully region of the Loess Plateau,has experienced very slow social and economic development.It has not yet escaped poverty,and it is urgent to explore a suitable agricultural development mode.This paper took the agricultural mode of Anding District of Dingxi City as the research object,analyzes the current situation and economic benefits of different agricultural industries by using H-P filter analysis and cost-benefit analysis by conducting surveys of farmers and collecting information from competent authorities of the industry;using afforestation cost method the alternative market method to estimate the ecological contribution of the forage produced by the Anding District output the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.The analysis is expected to provide some guidance for the development of dryland farming through rainwater harvesting in the loess plateau.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:?1?The grassland agricultural development mode is the choice of historical.The main crops in Anding District of Dingxi City have evolved from traditional crops to pasture.It was mainly based on wheat planting earlier than 2000.Its relatively poor efficiency and unstable production,the planting area is gradually reduced and the economic benefits become low.Through the previous observations,in 2004,Dingxi City changed its farming mode,vigorously developed the potato industry,and increased the planting area of potatoes.However,in the course of its development and its continuous cropping,soil compaction has occurred.Therefore,potatoes quality has declined and decreases the economic value as well.In 2012,the pasture industry began to develop,with large planting area,high yield and also with good economic benefits.In the process of development,conforms to the local natural conditions and also the marketing strategies,which is connected with Chinas Agriculture policy guidelines.In this summary,grassland Agriculture industries meets the requirements of agricultural development in Anding District of Dingxi City in terms of resources,economy and marketing policy.?2?Forage grass has higher economic benefits than wheat and potato The economic benefits of different crops in Anding District of Dingxi City were analyzed.The total production cost of wheat,potato,silage corn,alfalfa,red bean grass and oats was 5903.10 yuan/hm2,7404.15 yuan/hm2,7459.05 yuan/hm2,2482.50 yuan./hm2,3703.58 yuan/hm2,5659.31 yuan/hm2.The total output value of wheat,potato,silage corn,alfalfa,red bean grass and oats was 7425.00 yuan/hm2,15363.00 yuan/hm2,24150.00 yuan/hm2,24150.00 yuan/hm2,11280.00 yuan/hm2,12285.00 yuan/hm2,10164.00 yuan./hm2,input-output ratio is 0.80,0.48,0.31,0.22,0.30,0.56.The economic benefits of the grass industry are better than wheat and potato.The development of grassland agriculture in Anding District of Dingxi City meets the needs of economic,ecological development and is a sustainable agriculture.?3?Planting pasture is a good source of ecological contributions such as water conservation and reduce soil fertility loss.The forages sold in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in Anding District of Dingxi City indirectly produced an ecological service value of1.99×107-4.72×107 yuan for the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,and the value of released O2from the indicators of some grassland ecosystem service functions was 1.55×104 yuan;The value of fixed CO2 is 3.56×104 yuan;the value of SO2 absorption is 2.76×106 yuan;the value of retained sand dust is 0.336×105 yuan;the value of water conservation is2.42×107 yuan;The value of soil fertility loss is 1.12×107 yuan.The water conservation is the highest among these indicators,accounting for 63.26%.The output of pasture has contributed a lot to the ecological environment of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper proposes the following countermeasures:?1?Expand the forage planting area and strengthen the technical level in the pasture production process.Encourage the cultivation of alfalfa and other high-yield,good-to-mouth and high-demand pastures,strengthen the promotion of pasture planting and conservation techniques,and introduce pasture harvesting machinery.?2?Strengthen the cooperative relationship between enterprises and herdsmen and also attached the importance of short-distance sales.Pay attention to the demand for pasture by pasture enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprises,and herdsmen.At the same time,we should pay attention to short-distance sales to ensure the quality of pasture.?3?Actively coordinate the issue of corporate finance and guide the growth of the livestock industry.Solve the difficulties of corporate financing,promote the development of enterprises,and explore a new model of“planting and breeding”.
