On January 9,2017,China began to implement the reform of two-ticket system. From drug delivery, distribution and wholesale enterprises to final distribution to hospitals, only two invoices can be issued, which greatly reduces the link of drug circulation, reduces drug prices and brings huge financing problems to drug distribution enterprises.Under the implementation of this policy,a large number of sales agents have been abolished.Pharmaceutical wholesalers need to bear a large number of accounts receivable and the prepaid amount of upstream producers by themselves. It is difficult to obtain financial support from banks solely relying on the operating conditions of small and medium-sized enterprises, which makes small and medium-sized pharmaceutical circulation enterprises in a disadvantaged position face severe shortage of liquidity. The combination of supply chain finance and bank credit business has effectively alleviated the financing dilemma of SMEs.Banks have changed from traditional credit business to supply chain finance credit model.Based on the credit of core enterprises and the overall development of supply chain,SMEs are provided with credit lines. This paper mainly through the theoretical study of bank credit business, combined with the practical application of supply chain finance credit business in the pharmaceutical industry, the case of Bank A’s supply chain financial credit to H pharmaceutical enterprises is analyzed.Summarize and summarize the possible problems of bank supply chain financial credit business in small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises, and how banks solve this problem,so that both sides can get better development.
