The manufacturing industry has always played an important role in the development of China's national economy.In recent years,it has developed rapidly,and its scale has surpassed that of the United States and become the world's largest.However,with the development of the economy,the shortcomings of China's manufacturing industry have gradually emerged: the purchasing power of consumers has gradually increased,and the original products have been unable to meet their demand;with the development of science,technology and the production technology of manufacturing enterprises,the original sales have been unable to fulfill production;with the acceleration of global integration and the change of market environment,the original single manufacturing model has been unable to keep up with the rhythm of market's change.Therefore,in order to meet the growing needs of the national economy,to satisfy the diversified consumption channels of consumers,and to better adapt to the trend of global integration,traditional manufacturing is gradually shifting from manufacturing-centered to service-centered.That is,the service of manufacturing.On a global scale,manufacturing service has become an important strategic for most traditional manufacturing companies.Especially for European and American's capitalist countries,the theoretical research and practical application of manufacturing service are earlier than China.Although China's research on manufacturing service is later,it is gradually creating a way of manufacturing service that is suitable for itself by combining the predecessors' theoretical knowledge with the characteristics of China's manufacturing enterprises.However,Chinese scholars' research on manufacturing service tends to be technical services such as technological innovation,research and development,while neglecting more basic non-technical services in certain extent.At the same time,it lacks the analysis between manufacturing service's Influencing factor.Based on the above problems,this paper focuses on more basic non-technical services,defines manufacturing service level as a non-technical service business in a narrow sense,and studies the factors affecting the level of service industry and the relationship between Influencing factors.This paper starts from the background of China's manufacturing service industry.By reading the relevant literatures of domestic and foreign scholars,it summarizes the related concepts of manufacturing service,expounds the related theories of manufacturing service and describes the Status and characteristics in China.List the cases of manufacturing enterprises that have successfully introduced services as an analytical support for empirical data.In the empirical part,a multivariate regression model was constructed to organize the data of China's A-share listed companies in 2017,such as product uniqueness,market power,fixed assets,intangible assets,total asset turnover and total return on assets as independent variables.And the manufacturing service strategy level as the dependent variable data,study the correlation among manufacturing service level,enterprise product barriersand asset characteristics,as well as the correlation between product barriers and asset characteristics.Finally,based on the empirical results,the paper analyzes the relationship between the service level,product barriers and asset characteristics,and proposes favorable suggestions for manufacturing service construction according to relevant relationships.
