Equity Fund Design Of Private Enterprises

With the development and progress of the society,the securities investment funds represented by equity funds have gradually entered the public's field of vision and become an effective tool for investors to maintain and acquire wealth.After a period of rapid development,Chinese securities investment funds now have considerable overall scale and good development potential,but the problems of high degree of homogeneity and insufficient profitability cannot be ignored.Chinese private enterprises have outstanding operational capabilities,good policy foundation and other advantages,which is a worthy investment target of securities investment funds.Private enterprise stock funds take the financial industry as the starting point for promoting the real economy.With the professional ability of fund companies to gather funds and manage funds,they invest in high-quality private enterprises and obtain excess returns.In addition,equity funds can help private enterprises to enhance their social influence,ease financing pressure,help solve the development problems of private enterprises,and promote the development of private enterprises in China.This dissertation constructs a private stock selection index system and designs a stock fund product.First of all,based on the existing research,this dissertation uses the traditional financial indicators and the new private indicators to initially build a stock selection index system for private enterprises in China.Secondly,the principal component analysis method is used to optimize the system,and a stock selection index system consisting of 7 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators is formed.Subsequently,the private enterprise group focusing on the listing of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares used the indicator system to screen out the outstanding private enterprise stocks,which constituted the fund's main body.Finally,historical data is used to simulate fund performance,and fund products are evaluated through comparison and attribution.This study puts the stock selection index system into the fund product design,realizes the transformation of theory into practice,and provides practical and feasible private enterprise investment ideas for fund companies and individual investors.
