Research On Optimization Of Internal Control System Of China Postal Savings Bank S Branch

With the rapid developrent of China’s economy,commercial banks continue to broden their business areas,however,in recent years,domcstic and intemational banking industry risk cases have occurred frequently,the resulting financial sys tem tumoil,also let rlevant management and supervision agencies recognize the importance of establishing a sound infcrnal control system for commercial banks.How to properly fomulate and implement the internal control systom is one of the most urgent problems that China’s relevant management and supervision i nstitutions and commercial banks themselves need to solve,Foundetd in 2007,Postal Savings Bank of China is the retail commercial bank with the lagest number of outlets and the widest service group in China.After years of restrcauring and hard work,the Postal Savings Bank has winkinued to expand its operations and basically completed the process of transforming from postal savings to full-scale commercial banks.However,over the years,it has always attached importance to the development of business operations.There are still some problems in the intemal control of risk management,and there are still many gaps compared with the regulatory requirements.Therefore,this study takes the S-point behavior of the Postal Savings Bank as an entry point,analyzes the status quo of the intemal control of the S-bank of the Postal Savings Bank,points out the relevant issues,and strives to give reasonable and feasible improvement suggestions.This paper mainly uses literature analysis method and case analysis method.The first part is about the background and significance of the researchf,the relevant content of the research purpose,and expounds the related literatures on the internal control of commercial banks at hoec and abroad.The second part is the theory of internal control of commercial banks.This part lays a theoretical foundation for studying the internal control of the S brtmneh of the Postal Savings Baonk,The third part is the background and introduction of the establishment of the S branch of the Postal Savings Bank,and explains the status quo of the internal control of the S-bank of the Postal Savings Bank aeccording to the five elements of internal contro.The fourth part analyzes the status quo,points out the problems existing in the internal control of the S-bank of the Postal Savings Bank,and analyzes the causes of the internal control problems of the S-bank of the Postal Savings Bank from both internal and external aspecpts.The fifth part propoes to improve the internal control of the S-bank of the Postal Savings Bank.The sixth cha pter is the implementation of the internal control management process of China Postal Savings Bank S Branch.The final chapter sunmaarizes the research process of the full text and the relevant conclusions drawn.
