Research On The Impact Of Control Transfer Of Results On Cooperative Performance In Cooperative R&D

In the context of the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy,industry-university-research cooperation innovation has become one of the important forms of promoting scientific and technological innovation.As an important goal of industiy-university-research cooperation,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is a whole chain process.Therefore,in the process of transformation,cooperative innovation subj ects need to give play to their unique advantages and form a deep cooperation mechanism with clear rights and responsibilities,Shared risks and Shared benefits.Based on this,from the perspective of the inn ovation cycle of scientific and technological achievements,this paper mainly studies the influence of the transfer of control rights of scientific and technological achievements oncooperative performance in cooperative R&D,and takes the innovation cycle of scientific andtechnological achievements as a moderating variable.On the basis of th e existing research,this paper,guided by increasing the value of knowledge and following the principle of reciprocity of benefits and contributions,analyzes the influence of transfer of control right of research results on cooperative performanc.e.In addition,316 valid questionnair es were collected through questionnaire survey.Statistical software SPSS24.0 and AMOS 17.0 were used for quality inspection and analysis of formal questionnaire data.Through multiple regression and structural equation model,the relationship between control right transfer of achievements and coopera.tive perfonrance was discussed and verified from the perspective of innovation cycle of scientific and technological achievements.The empirical r esults show that:(1)there is a significant positive effect on cooperative performance when the scientific research team leads the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,especially on the output of cooperative technological achievements.(2)the transformation of cooperative enterprisesr’leading scientific and technological achievements has a significant positive effect on cooperative performance,and the positive effect on cooperative benefit output is more significant;(3)the innovation cycle of scientific and technological achievements plays a regulating role between the transfer of control rights of achievements and cooperative performance;During the R&D period,the positive influence of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements led by the research team on the cooperative performance was more significant.In the pilot period,the transformation of the leading scientific and technological achievements of cooperative enterprises has a more significant positive effect on the output of cooperative benefits,but has no significant promoting effect on the output of cooperative technological achievements In the period of commercialization and industrialization,cooperative enterprises’ leading transformation of scientific and technological achievements has more significant positive influence on cooperative benefitsThe research results provide a theoretical basis for the transfer of control rights in cooperative research and development to promote cooperative performance and enrich the theoretical research on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.From the perspective of the innovation cycle of scientific and technological achievements,this paper analyzes the mechanism of how the control right of scientific and technological achievements of scientific research teams and cooperative enterprises is transferred during the innovation week of scientific and technological achievements,so as to provide theoretical reference for improving the efficiency of industry-university-research cooperation and promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
