At present,China's manufacturing industry is at the low end of the value chain.In order to break through the "low-end locking" dilemma,the manufacturing industry has undergone transformation and upgrading.The state has issued documents such as "Made in China 2025"and,supply-side structural reform".To support.The most important product of the manufacturing industry is the product.The manufacturing industry in China has also transformed from a foundry enterprise to a comprehensive manufacturing enterprise integrating R&D,production and sales.In the process of transformation and upgrading,product upgrading has become an important breakthrough point,with high quality and good performance.The products with novel functions are the foundation of the industry.However,most manufacturing companies are faced with difficulties in product upgrades,which hinders the upgrading of manufacturing enterprises.The technical capabilities of enterprises are the basis and key to the upgrading of enterprise products.Based on this,this paper will focus on Research is on how technical capabilities affect product upgrades and the role of market orientation in this process.This paper takes manufacturing enterprises as the research object,and uses the multiple regression analysis and structural equation modeling analysis method to study the relationship between technical ability,product upgrading and market orientation according to enterprise capability theory,strategic theory and resource basic theory.Firstly,it sorts out the domestic and foreign related literatures of technical competence,product upg;rading and market orientation.Secondly,through theoretical analysis,the relationship between the three variables is explained and the theoretical model of this paper is constructed.Then,based on the previous studies.According to the existing research results,the measurement indicators of the research variables are designed,and the pre-test questionnaires are designed and analyzed.According to the recovery of the pre-test questionnaires,the questionnaires are improved and improved to determine the formal questionnaires.Finally,364 copies are valid.Questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS22.0 and Amos 20.0 software,and hypotheses were tested by correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis and structural equation modeling.The empirical research results show that:?technical ability positively affects product upgrade;?market orientation plays a regulatory role in technical capability and product upgrade.According to the results of empirical research,combined with the obstacles of product upgrades in manufacturing enterprises and the case of successful enterprises,it is believed that manufacturing enterprises should focus on improving technology application capabilities,technology integration capabilities,technology research and development capabilities,and giving full play to market-oriented adjustments to promote product upgrades.This paper proposes countermeasures for product upgrades from the enterprise level and the industry level.The enterprise level starts from the product design link,R&D link,production link and commercialization.It proposes to use advanced technologies such as big data to enhance user demand tracking.And personalized customization;use"Internet +"technology to accelerate product technology iteration;continuously optimize product technology,implement quality management throughout the process;grasp the trend of cross-border integration,focus on resource integration and cross-border innovation.The measures at the industrial level are:(1)promote the construction of the basic information platform for manufacturing;(2)improve the innovation platform and system construction of manufacturing enterprises;(3)implement the"double innovation" policy of manufacturing enterprises;(4)develop for manufacturing enterprises.Provide a high level of service.
