Nowadays,economic globalization and social globalization can not be separated from the support of the communication industry and the vigorous development of the communication industry.The telecommunication industry has become an industry with the largest market capacity and potential.With the continuous development of the telecommunication industry,the world's telecommunication equipment manufacturers,including Chinese enterprises,have also developed unprecedentedly.Especially since the reform and opening up,China has increased its investment in basic communication facilities,effectively promoted the continuous development of China's telecommunications equipment manufacturing industry,and emerged Huawei,ZTE and other telecommunications equipment manufacturing enterprises that can compete with the world's telecommunications giants.Although after nearly 40 years of investment in basic communication facilities,China has basically established a modern communication network with complete business and covering the whole country,the telecommunication market in China is still an incremental market,and the demand for communication equipment is increasing year by year.This not only brings higher development opportunities to large-scale manufacturers of communication equipment,but also brings development opportunities to small-scale enterprises of communication equipment.This paper aims to take SCXT Technology Co.,Ltd.as an example to analyze its marketing status and existing problems.Based on market investigation and analysis,statistics of relevant data and information,factor analysis method is adopted to identify the key factors affecting the company's marketing.The marketing strategy of SCXT Technology Co.,Ltd.is discussed in terms of product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy.The specific implementation provides suggestions and puts forward the guarantee of marketing strategy.The results show that product quality,brand image and sales channels are the key factors affecting the marketing of SCXT Technology Co.,Ltd.Therefore,the company should strengthen product technological innovation,strictly control product quality stability,formulate long-term and short-term price strategies,improve marketing channels,strengthen the company's brand image,and establish a company marketing system with efficient management and flexible strategy adjustment.At the same time,in order to ensure the implementation of marketing strategy,it is necessary to optimize the organizational structure,implement the objective responsibility,integrate human resources,formulate relevant incentives,expand the scope of marketing,increase product sales,so as to promote the sustainable development of the company.
