Research On Risk Management Of CCC Overseas Procurement Project Of Company I

In the process of technology development and new product development,87% of the spare parts used by Company I belong to compulsory certification products(CCC products).In order to solve the problems of unclear purchasing demand,inaccurate purchasing plan and extensive supplier management of CCC products,I company started the overseas procurement project of CCC products of I company at the beginning of 2018.At present,the company's internal control mechanism in procurement management of CCC products has some shortcomings,some management loopholes and blind spots.There are certain risks in the implementation of the project,especially in project management and material purchasing process.This paper explores the application of risk management in the overseas procurement project of I company products.After sorting out the research status of risk management theory and practice at home and abroad,it uses the work breakdown structure method to decompose the project task and the whole project according to the procurement process.It is divided into three parts: procurement preparation,procurement implementation and procurement completion.After that,the brainstorming method was used to identify and analyze the risks of CCC products overseas procurement projects,and qualitatively analyzed the motivations and sources of procurement risks,and based on this,established a three-level project risk indicator system.Then,the analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the project risk hierarchy hierarchy structure diagram,establish the risk matrix and sort it,combine qualitative and quantitative analysis,and discharge the risk factors according to the importance degree,and classify the risks according to the risk importance.Finally,based on the results of risk identification and assessment,this paper analyzes the response strategies for different procurement risk factors,and develops countermeasures for different levels of risk,and sets the objectives and implementation process of risk monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of risk management.The research on the risk management of CCC products overseas procurement project of I Company scientifically evaluated the risks existing in the project implementation process.The risk response measures and risk monitoring programs canhelp the project team solve the practical problems in the project implementation phase and ensure the smooth completion and the realization of the project's expected target.
