With the domestic financial market is gradually mature,the domestic trust industry Fortune Management Inc products distribution and marketing mode of increasing convergence,increasing competitive pressure,the high rate of new customers has become the past,at the same time high customer churn rate has become a very common phenomenon.Customer resource is the trust wealth industry one of the most important resources,only fully detailed cognitive customers,understand the customer's difference,in order to provide better service for the customer,to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty,bring the income and profit to the enterprise,enhance the enterprise market competition status.Therefore,how to effectively control customer churn rate and improve customer retention efficiency,Fortune Management Inc plays a very important role.This paper sums up the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on customer churn,mainly from three aspects: customer satisfaction,customer churn reasons and customer retention.To comb from the theoretical aspects of market environment,enterprises,competitors and customers own four aspects,and analysis of customer survey data,through the analysis of the essence of enterprise can be identifying the causes of the loss of customers.To Ping An Trust Chengdu Mammon Inc customer data as the study sample in this paper,through the numerical processing and sorting index,build customer churn analysis using principal component analysis method and factor analysis method,the root causes of customer churn,and combined with the complex situation in the financial markets,the group strategic transfer and Chengdu company internal problems are analyzed and find ways of slowing the loss of high-end customers and strategies,and on the Chengdu market following the high-end customer development and maintenance play a positive role.
