Along with the continuous transformation and upgrading of China’s economy and the in-depth promotion of "integration of industry and finance,and detachment from reality",supply chain finance plays an increasingly important role in economic development.In this situation,bank supply chain finance not only bears the important responsibility of serving the real economy,but also faces significant opportunities for market development.The purely scale-oriented and profit-oriented supply chain financial services have been unable to meet the market changes and the growing needs of customers.How to establish and improve the market demand-oriented supply chain financial services has received more and more attention and attention.Based on the perspective of financial institution(enterprise)product innovation,this paper takes H Bank as an example to study the supply chain financial business innovation strategy under the customer demand orientation.The paper analyzes the changing characteristics of customer demand from the needs of consumers,suppliers and third parties,reveals the urgency and necessity of H Bank’s supply chain financial business innovation,and analyzes the difficulties faced by H Bank’s supply chain financial business innovation.This proposes H-bank supply chain financial business innovation strategy recommendations and safeguards.Firstly,through the literature research method,comparative analysis method,etc.,collect and collate relevant literatures on supply chain finance and business innovation research at home and abroad,expound the theory of supply chain finance,and construct the theoretical basis of the thesis research.Secondly,through case analysis,the paper introduces the current situation of H Bank and its supply chain business,analyzes the new characteristics of market demand changes,and puts forward the necessity and urgency of H Bank supply chain financial business innovation.Third,adhere to the problem-oriented,analyze the difficulties of H Bank’s supply chain financial business innovation.Finally,it proposes the H-bank supply chain financial business innovation strategy under the guidance of market demand,including establishing market-oriented business innovation ideas,realizing the strategic transformation from supply chain finance to demand chain finance,as well as product innovation and business model innovation.Marketing innovation,etc.;and propose implementation of safeguard measures from the aspects of optimizing organizational structure,building a professional talent team,implementing incentive and restraint mechanisms,and strengthening risk management strategies.In short,under the new situation,H-bank supply chain finance faces the inconsistency between supply chain financial strategy and industrial structure adjustment,supply chain financial business product innovation is difficult to break through,supply chain financial business model is passive,and marketing channel simplification is prominent.It is difficult to meet the increasingly diverse needs of customers,and must follow the changing characteristics of market customers,increase business and product innovation,and implement supply chain financial business innovation strategies.
