information construction.Summarize the problems existing in enterprise IT construction,analyze the urgency and necessity of enterprise IT strategy;then,the paper has PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis method as a tool,KM company industry operating environment and internal operating environment are analyzed,clear the direction of enterprise future development;on this basis,this paper KM
