Research On Production And Management Of High-quality Special-purpose Wheat In Henan Province

With the transformation of residents' consumption structure,the quality of wheat has received more and more attention.The imbalance of supply and demand structure of wheat in China is highlighted.The stock of common wheat is overstocked,and the supply of high-quality wheat is insufficient to meet the consumer demand and affect the structure of wheat production in China.With the deepening of the reform of the agricultural supply side,as an important base for the national food strategy,Henan Province has made great efforts to adjust the agricultural planting structure and promote the development of high-quality special wheat.The achievements are worthy of recognition and there are also many problems.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the production and operation status of high-quality special wheat in Henan Province and find a solution.This paper is based on the questionnaire of 128 households of high-quality wheat in the pilot counties of Henan Province.By citing relevant data,using descriptive statistics and comparative analysis methods,the research on resource endowment status,production and operation status and existing problems of high-quality special wheat producers is carried out.Starting from the basic characteristics of high-quality special wheat producers,a series of behaviors of high-quality special wheat growers in the whole process of production and management are analyzed.Finally,based on the data,the problems of high-quality wheat production and management in Henan farmers are summarized and countermeasures are proposed.The study found that the main production and management of high-quality special wheat in Henan Province is low in education level,and the young and strong labor force is less;the quality management of wheat varieties is relatively chaotic,the farmers' ability to identify high-quality special wheat varieties is insufficient;the degree of scale is not enough;the research on supporting cultivation techniques lags behind;The connection between production and sales is not tight enough,the problem of order farming is outstanding,and farmers have more problems in the sales process.Therefore,relevant countermeasures are proposed: farmers have obvious demand for high-quality varieties,technology,cooperation,and policy support.It is necessary to strengthen education and publicity for farmers,cultivate more new business entities and increase their scale,and strengthen the breeding work.High-quality special wheat support guarantee;relevant departments should have plans to organize various training work,provide professional guidance,improve the quality of agricultural producers to achieve high-quality special wheat special,special management,special collection,special storage,special;at the same time,steadily promote orders Agricultural development,do a good job in production and marketing to achieve high quality and good prices.
